Penn Engineering actively seeks talented engineers from all backgrounds to join our doctoral programs. We are an inclusive community that welcomes marginalized groups, particularly women and students historically underrepresented in engineering fields (including African-American, Latinos, and Native American individuals) to sharpen their skill and develop their leadership as engineers.

We invite undergraduate and graduate students to participate in this event. You’ll hear about what the City of Philadelphia has to offer, and learn more about our doctoral programs with special focus in:

 

• Bioengineering (BE)
• Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (CBE)
• Computer and Information Science (CIS)
• Electrical and Systems Engineering (ESE)
• Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics (MEAM)
• Materials Science and Engineering (MSE)

 

During this year’s virtual event, you will have the opportunity to learn more about our doctoral graduate studies and our broad and innovative research agenda; (virtually) tour state-of-the-art labs and facilities; and meet members of our world-class faculty, staff, and current students in Penn Engineering’s PhD community.

 

Since this year’s event will be held virtually, stipends for travel and related expenses will not be provided.
